TIP: It is common practice to use Bcc: field when addressing a very long list of recipients, or a list of recipients that should not necessarily know each other as in mailing lists.

Laptop Printer Installation

Software Download

In order to install a printer on your laptop follow this path or

Log on to our network
double click on Computer
double click on Shared(S:)
double click on Groups
double click on Staff
open the folder named Laptop Printer Install
double click All Printers
find the printer you want to add in the list based on the room the printer is located. Click on your printer choice
click connect
click yes

locate the little triangle on the right hand side of your taskbar (shows the hidden icons)
click to open IBM Endpoint Manager Support Center (blue bee)
choose the software that you would like to download (you do not have to uninstall what you had before)
click accept to begin installation
click progress tab to view installation status
a brief notification will display when download is complete
if a reboot is required click Take Action.
