- Let's use the printers responsibly. Every printout does not have to be top quality or colorful. Please use your printer's settings to choose everyday quality for ordinary prints, and grayscale if possible (color print is very expensive). Print your master copy then use the copier for more: far more economical! Think before you print. Pick up your printout. When we use the printers responsibly, we will be saving on both ink and paper. Maybe then... the pile of unclaimed printouts will disappear.

Installing a Printer
Open control panel:
One way to do this is swipe from right edge of screen to the left and click on "Settings", then choose the Control Panel. Another way to access the control panel is to Right Click on the Start Button.
Choose Devices and Printers from the Control Panel
Choose Add a Printer
The computer will look for a local printer -> Don't worry about this
Click "The printer I want isn't listed." and Click Next
Add a printer using TCP/IP
Enter the IP of the printer and let it scan for drivers
